About the Event

The WINGSForum 2020 will provide a platform to imagine, explore and experiment with different paths for moving forward as individuals, organizations, and societies in a local, national and global interaction.

Together we will reimagine how to break the constraints of inertia and incrementalism that have impeded progress for too long. Together we will work to ensure the pace and scope of social progress will overcome the pace and scope of the threats that stand in the way of building a more just, equitable and healthy world.

Day 1: Opening our hearts and minds to new possibilities — Plenaries, symposia and breakout sessions from changemakers and innovators who will help us embrace the new opportunities that are made possible through new power, new economic models and new technology.

Day 2: Create - Exploring our creative potential — A dynamic mix of an “unconference”, impact experience and open marketplace designed to offer each delegate a unique, self-guided way of exploring their potential and tackle our own biases, that enables bridge-building amongst individuals on trust with diverse perspectives around core principles of philanthropy, impact investing, and community engagement.

Day 3: Act - Taking action together — Exploring how the collective power of multiple individuals with an agency can take on the seemingly insurmountable, unsolvable challenges of our times. Empowered by experience, coupled with innovative technology and business models, and with the freedom to imagine collaboration at the regional level, to enhance their ability to act individually and as part of a broader ecosystem.
